Wednesday, January 31 2024 — House Leadership and Senate Leadership announced recently a bipartisan agreement to revive expired research and development tax credits, among other provisions. The Travel Technology Association endorsed H.R. 7024 Tax Relief For American Families and Workers Act 2024. Many members of the travel tech industry have used R&D tax credits in order to develop new innovations that will further empower travelers’ choice.
According to reports, the U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on this legislation next week or this week, and the Senate will follow soon after. Send a letter to your Members of Congress asking them to support the bill. You can do this through Travel Tech’s Policy Action Center.
